The Imagic Hotline processes exclusively emergencies, such as critical system failures.  For all other technical inquiries, please contact your personal technical contact person or use the technical support form. For hotline cases, you can reach us via form 24h a day. In order to assist you as quickly and competently as possible, please note the number of the affected system and describe the problem as detailed as possible. All hotline inquiries are processed during working hours from 08.00 am – 12.00 pm and from 01.00 pm – 17.00 pm (Central European time).
